A new program designed to meet a customer’s needs to finance raw materials and manufacturing costs, which can also be used to finance other construction, contracting, finishing, etc. works, with up to USD $70,000 and a payment period of 10 years.
- Personal sponsorship must be granted by the client's spouse. A first-degree relative's guarantee is obtained if the customer is single.
- The customer's salary must be transferred to the Bank from an approved employer, with whom they have concluded at least 3 years of service.
- The property should be mortgaged in favor of the Bank for the length of the financing period and appraised by the Bank’s approved appraisers.
- The client must own the land or property to be financed.
- The client must obtain the necessary building licenses from the competent authorities.
