The Financial Inclusion Account allows you to benefit from basic banking services and access financial products and services without incurring any fees or a minimum account balance.

  • The beneficiary must hold a Palestinian or Jerusalem ID.
  • The beneficiary must not have any account of any type in any bank operating in Palestine, even if the account is frozen.
  • Providing cash withdrawal and deposit services.
  • Providing check collection and deposit services.
  • Sending and receiving internal and external transfers.
  • Issuing an ATM card without any commissions.
  • Benefiting from free internet banking and SMS services.
  • The monthly financial transactions must not exceed USD 2,000 or the equivalent in other currencies, with a maximum of USD 12,000 per year or the equivalent in other currencies.
  • If the maximum limit is exceeded, the Bank is entitled to change the account to a Current Account or a Savings Account after completing the required documents and informing the customer.
  • The Bank is entitled to refuse to execute financial transactions in case the maximum limit is exceeded.
  • The Bank may close the Account if the customer fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
