Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is open to the Bank’s individual customers only.
• To qualify for the monthly draw, customers must complete at least one transaction each month, excluding account or card balance inquiries.
• Customers who are not yet subscribed will automatically enter the draw upon registering and activating the app.
• Members of the Board of Directors, the Sharia Supervisory Board, Bank employees, and their first-degree relatives are excluded from the draw.
• Prizes are subject to income tax.
• The Bank reserves the right to publish the winner’s name, details, and photos through local newspapers, the Bank’s website, and/or any other advertising channels.
• Prizes will be delivered at a location designated by the Bank, which also reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and photos through approved media channels.
• Winners shall forfeit their right to the prize if they fail to claim it within one month from the date of announcement. In the event that a winner refuses to participate in promotional appearances, a new draw will be conducted to select another winner.
• The campaign ends on 30/09/2026.
