Palestine Islamic Bank Supports the Local Committee for Rehabilitation of the Disabled in Bethlehem
Palestine Islamic Bank has provided support to the Local Committee for Rehabilitation of the Disabled-Al-Amal Center, in Al-Ubeidiya town, in the governorate of Bethlehem, which came as part of the bank efforts to support societies concern in taking care of disabled, and to fulfill its Corporate Social Responsibility.
The manager of Dar Salah office, Mr. Isam Al-Afghani, visited the Community and met its director, Ms. Suad Al-Esawi and deputy director Ms. Khadija Radayidah.
Mr. Al-Afghani stressed the importance of supporting all the institutions and societies concerned in taking care of disabled, enhancing their conditions, and integrating them in society, commending the Community role in assisting and improving the life quality of this group.
The Community Director, Ms. Suad Al-Esawi emphasized that achieving the best for disabled necessitates that all parties concerted efforts, expressing the community appreciation to the bank for its constant support to these groups and to the societies concerned of them.
The Bank considers the aid and support of disabled people as an integral part of its Corporate Social Responsibility; thus it annually provides donations for many institutions and organizations concerned of this group.
