Palestine Islamic Bank Provides Support to Raseel Association for Children with Autism and Learning Difficulties
Palestine Islamic Bank provided support to Raseel Association for children with autism and learning difficulties in Ramallah, within the framework of its social responsibility program.
Manager of the Central District at PIB, Raiq Omar, and Manager of Ramallah Branch, Walid Al-Hattu visited the association’s headquarters, where they met with its Executive Director, Mr. Alaa Halayqa, the Financial Director, Mr. Saher Jabreen, and the Association Secretary, Mrs. Raghda Ghanayem.
For his part, Halaiqa thanked PIB for their support, stressing its importance in strengthening the Association’s ability to carry out its activities; while praising the Bank’s efforts in supporting all segments of society.
Moreover, the Bank’s support is intended to advance the Association’s activities, which are aimed at rehabilitating children with autism and learning disabilities and their families, and which are based on the use of scientific strategies and curricula, and raising awareness and community support thereof.
Additionally, the Bank allocates part of its annual net profits to support activities, institutions and programs in the education and health sectors as well as charitable associations; specifically those concerned with the affairs of persons with special needs, orphans and the elderly.
Furthermore, PIB operates through the largest Islamic banking network in Palestine, which includes 45 branches and more than 80 ATMs that provide services in accordance with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia.
