- 4 years’ experience in a relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive clients and satisfying their banking needs..
- Quick Following up on client services operations and monitor and verify various transaction entries.
- Allow or restrict entries and movements and sign thereon accordingly, within limitation of authorities.
- Address client-related issues, respond to their inquiries, and supervise effectively on the delivery of client services in order to gain clients’ trust and their relationship with the bank..
- Supervising on Tellers and the main safe
- any other tasks as requested by the direct supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Listening).
- Ability to use the computer and its programs.
- Ability to work within a team, and have the required initiative and self-assurance.
