- A minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System, Accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing digital product, services, and electronic channels systematically and increasing their usage.
- Contribution to designing digital products, developing services and electronic channels, as well as monitoring their development processes within the Bank's digital transformation strategy.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data of digital products, services, and electronic channels, and identifying the appropriate mechanisms to disseminate these services among targeted community segments.
- Directing customers and audience towards electronic services and channels by selecting and innovating supportive tools and developing the relevant marketing plans.
- Developing and managing Customer Loyalty Programs and Pointing System.
- Managing the relationship with Master card and visa in business development aspects.
- Implement and managing digital channel agreements and following-up the implementation of plans and programs with the relevant parties.
- Participating in field visits to strengthen relationships with partners.
- Working to raise internal and external awareness on new developments regarding digital products, services, and electronic channels, and the importance of using them.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to him/her by the direct supervisor in relation to the type of work.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency of English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
- Ability to work within a team, take initiatives and self-assurance.
