Contribute to the development of e-services and e-channels businesses as well as increasing the number of users of these channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, as a minimum, in Management Information Systems (MIS), business administration, information technology, industrial engineering, economics, accounting or any other relevant field.
  • Practical experience in relevant fields is preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to direct customers and the public towards e-services and e-channels by choosing and innovating supporting tools.
  • Participate in the activities associated with increasing the use of cards.
  • Contribute to concluding and managing the agreements of digital channels.
  • Participate in field visits to foster relationships with partners.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him/ her by the direct supervisor.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
  • Proficiency of both Arabic and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to work within a team, take initiatives and self-assurance.
