Palestine Islamic Bank Celebrates the Fifth Winner of the Largest Prize in “Kareem Campaign X2”

Palestine Islamic Bank announced Mr. Baker Shaher Tawil from Qalqilya as the fifth winner of the largest prize in “Kareem Campaign X2”, valued at Two-Hundred and Fifty Thousand Shekels.

The name of the winner was announced during the opening ceremony of the Al-Hesba office in Nablus, in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority Mr. Azzam Shawa, His Excellency Deputy Governor of Nablus Mrs. Annan Al-Atirah and His Excellency the President of the Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Omar Hashem and Chairman of the Orphans Fund Management and Development Corporation Rafeeq Al-Natsheh, as well as a number of legal persons. On the other hand, PIB attendees included Board Chairman Maher Al-Masry, General Manager Bayan Qassem, PIB’s Executive Management and the Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Board Dr. Ali Al-Sartawi and Director of the North District Khitam Abu Aita as well as a number of directors of the departments and branches therein.

PIB General Manager Bayan Qassem congratulated the winner, stressing that the "Karim X2" campaign is part of the Bank’s strategy to encourage a culture of savings and promote good economic habits in society.

Moreover, Qassem stressed that the Bank is working hard to develop its services and programs, and to provide new features intended to benefit its customers, and offer them a distinguished banking experience.

For his part, the winner Baker Tawil expressed his overwhelming happiness for winning the grand prize, indicating that it will have a great and positive impact on his life. He also thanked PIB for their banking services, adding that: “Palestine Islamic Bank is a pioneering bank in providing banking services in Palestine, whereas it provides advanced services to customers with excellent customer services; something which I had noticed right away since opening my account in 2013.”

Palestine Islamic Bank had launched the "Karim X2" campaign at the beginning of the year 2019 to current and new subscribers, whereas five clients have won the grand prize of a quarter of a million shekels, and tens of thousands of instant gifts and a distinct set of discount coupons were distributed to the campaign participants as soon as they opened Kareem saving accounts or fed their already existing accounts thereof.
