Palestine Islamic Bank meets with the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics
The General Manager of Palestine Islamic Bank, Bayan Qasem, has met with the President of the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, Ola Awad at the Central Bureau’s headquarter in Ramallah, whereas the purpose of the meeting was to consider the prospects of mutual cooperation among both institutions.
Qasem has commended the great efforts made by the Central Bureau of Statistics in the provision of data and information which directly contribute to facilitate the work of various institutions and help them in understanding and considering reality clearly, in addition to its development of strategic plans on solid foundations, he has also expressed his admiration for the work accuracy and precision of the Central Bureau of Statistics and its staff.
Moreover, Qasem has emphasized the Palestine Islamic Bank’s support of all kinds of efforts made to develop the society and to complement its role with all national institutions, indicating that accurate information contribute significantly to sound decision-making.
For her part, the President of the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, Ola Awad has expressed pride in the Palestine Islamic Bank as a distinct and pioneering Palestinian institution in the area of Islamic banking, she has also congratulated him on the award of “The Most Innovative Islamic Bank in Palestine 2018” which the bank has acquired recently.
