- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Preferably experience in Islamic banks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Increase the number of customers and maintain existing ones thereof.
- Fulfill the company’s financial targets according to the programs and products offered.
- Fulfill company deposits target including current accounts, deposits and salaries of corporates employees.
- Fulfill corporate commissions and electronic services target.
- Visit and meet with customers for financing requests/ ceilings and explain the Bank’s policy in this regard.
- Communicate and coordinate with corporates in all occasions, events and corporate related events.
- Monitor investment deposits and breaking thereof.
- Follow up on incoming and issued transfers and approve implementation thereof, to and from the account.
- Carry out any other tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Ability to work within a team, and have the required initiative and self-assurance.
