Central District Manager
Job Details
Manage and direct all branches and offices in the district, and periodic follow up on performance and develop electronic banking channels; perform assessments thereof, towards achieving the goals and strategies of the Bank.Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, as a minimum, in Accounting or Banking Sciences or any other related discipline, and 12 years of experience in banking.
- A minimum of 8 years’ supervisory level..
- Holds Palestinian citizenship.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing and developing goals and work plans for the district’s branches and Sub- Branches.
- Supervise on the performance of branches and Sub- Branches in the district, and study their reports thereof to measure the extent of achievement and Approved budgets while taking the necessary procedures for development, as needed.
- Ensure the provision of high quality services to the Bank’s customers provided via the district’s branches and offices and electronic banking channels.
- Conduct periodic visits to clients, accompanied by the district branch managers, and follow up on latest developments.
- Direct and daily follow-up of outstanding installments and open accounts in the district’s branches.
- • Follow up with the relevant authorities and provide administrative and logistical support to the branches of the district, as well as provide all their needs.
- Manage cash liquidity in the district’s branches in coordination with the Treasury Department.
- Follow up the implementation of marketing plans, their results, and any obstacles that prevent them from being realized and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare the necessary proposals to ensure continuous improvement and development of the workflow and submit them to the immediate supervisor
- Follow-up on the observations of the regulatory authorities and work to address them in coordination with the branches’ management in the district.
- Study and analyze periodic risks and identify the causes of unsatisfactory results and find root solutions thereof.
- Evaluate and develop the district’s branches and electronic banking channels.
- Represent the Bank on important events in the district.
- Carry out any other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Skills
- Full knowledge in strategic planning methodologies, and the ability to prepare studies, analysis and reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Listening).
- Ability to use the computer and its programs.
- Ability to work within a team, and have the required initiative and self-assurance.
