Monitoring and supervising all the operations related to main or supporting banking systems.Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Information Technology or any other relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the core banking system and supporting systems, ensuring their proper operation, performing preventive checks, promptly resolving any issues, and providing technical support to system users.
- Coordinating with the company providing the core banking system and supporting systems to resolve any issues.
- Testing and applying updates for the core banking system and supporting systems.
- Managing databases, checking data backups, ensuring their validity, and documenting the results.
- Preparing the reports required by the bank management, departments, and branches.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the nature of work.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency of English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
- Ability to work within a team, take initiatives and self-assurance.
