Job Details
Following up and supervising all the operations that include dealing with data of banking systems.Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, as a minimum, in Computer Engineering or any other relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years’ practical experience in a relevant field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Following up the support cases of the division through tickets, phone, e-mail or through any other means of communication adopted at the bank.
- Providing the necessary data for the requesting entities in different forms (reports, web services, or any other form) regardless of the source of data.
- Improving the quality of existing data by setting the necessary plans and procedures based on reviewing data.
- Adhering to the best practices to maintain information security.
- Keeping up to date with the programs of data formation as well as data export and analysis in addition to the modern tools that contribute to improve the presentation, understanding and analysis of data (Business Intelligence), and propose the tools necessary for improving the extraction and formation of data as necessary.
- Creating the tools of data formation which aim to improve and develop the work procedures of data formation.
- Developing the reports extracted by all methods such as automation, etc. in order to provide the necessary reports for the requisitioners with no delay and upon request.
- Organizing the authorities related to different forms of data according to the matrix of authorities adopted at the bank.
- Developing the process of data extraction through scheduling the extraction of data that are required regularly; in particular monitoring reports.
- Managing the process of data migration to new systems by setting plans and strategies as well as following-up and executing them.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to him/her by the direct supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency of both Arabic and English languages (reading, writing and speaking)
- Ability to work within a team, take initiatives and self-assurance.
