Monitor and maintain the Bank’s quality management system in accordance with the international quality standard ISO 9001-2015.Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of quality auditing or internal auditing.
- Preference will be given to those with banking experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of the annual quality audit program in accordance with the provisions of the international standard for quality ISO 9001: 2015.
- Participate in the implementation of the field quality audit program.
- Prepare, discuss and approve quality reports.
- Participate in studying the root causes of non-conformities in quality audit reports and share lessons learned.
- Subsequent follow-up to ensure that non-conformances that appeared in the quality audit reports are addressed.
- Participate in establishing the rules for continuous improvement in the Bank.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of the internal and external awareness plan of the quality management system.
- Participate in the process of reviewing the quality management system and verify the progress made as a result of the proper application of standards through comparison studies.
- Continue to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate and ensure the Bank’s commitment to implementing its requirements thereof.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Reading, Writing, Listening).
- Ability to work within a team, and have the required initiative and self-assurance.
