Palestine Islamic Bank Take Part in the Birzeit University Career Fair

Palestine Islamic Bank took part in the annual Career Fair organized by Birzeit University, an event that aims to introduce university students to the working life environment. The event also aims to introduce national institutions to the potentials students and graduates have.

The participation of the bank lies within its strategic approach that’s based on supporting activities organized by Palestinian educational institutions, it also aspire to recruit specialized occasions and events to communicate with audience from different walks in life, in particular platforms similar to this career fair and events that aim to introduce the young generation of the labor market to the importance of the banking sector in general and its potential to contribute to the national economy, and to identify in particular the Islamic banking sector in the country.

The bank's management believes that similar events contribute to introducing the bank to promising young people who are capable of giving, and help with attracting and investing in young skills, this belief stems from the trust PIB management put in human resources as the real and most important asset that is difficult to compensate.

Palestine Islamic Bank’s booth witnessed a remarkable attendance by students and graduates from different majors, the bank received employment applications and CVs for students by employees of the human resources capital department at the bank, these resumes and applications of the students will be reviewed carefully and the qualified candidates will be recommended for any future vacancies at the bank, the students got introduced as well to Islamic banking products and services provided by the bank and also to the advantages of Islamic banking.

It's worth mentioning that PIB receives tens of university students as interns on an annual basis, they are welcomed at the bank’s branches and offices all over the country, with the goal of passing knowledge and imparting the necessary professional skills that will enable them to integrate into the labor market.
