How to redeem the offer:

• Click on “Subscribe”, then enter your data and information and complete your account verification.
• Enter your name and other details, then complete your account verification.
• Click on the Mastercard icon and enter your Mastercard 16-digit number to verify your eligibility for receiving the data bundle.
• Click on “Redeem Starter Plan” and follow the steps to activate the e-sim.
• Unlock your phone, then confirm your request by clicking on “Activate e-sim”.

How to Unlock Access to Tax Refunds:

• Register on the Global Blue website 
• Download the Global Blue application by clicking on the logo at the bottom of the webpage.
• Add your payment details to the application and select your preferred refund method, including cashback or via Mastercard.
• View the Global Blue shops list on the application and review the minimum accepted purchases, tax refund rate, and other relevant details.
• Upon arriving to the store, request the Tax Refund Form from Global Blue.
• Upon Payment, show the code featured on the card available on the application to automatically fill the application with your information.
• Use the application to locate a Customs and Tax Refund point when leaving the country you are visiting.
• Submit your completed Tax Exemption form along with your passport and original purchase receipts to verify their accuracy and have them sealed by the Customs authorities.
• Submit the Tax Exemption form sealed by Customs authorities along with your passports at the Tax Refund point.
• Taxes are returned using the refund method selected on the application.

General Provisions

• Goods subject to tax exemptions shall remain unused and available for inspection.
• Refer to the application to know the tax refund rates of each country.
• Recovered amounts include VAT rates, upon deducting Global Blue’s commission.
