The conference includes a number of scientific lectures presented by researchers and specialists in fields relevant to nursing and midwifery professionals.
Dr. Imad Al-Sadi, General Manager of Palestine Islamic Bank, said that this sponsorship stems from the Bank’s commitment to supporting the health sector in its various forms, particularly scientific events that contribute to developing health professionals and professions in Palestine, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens and advancing comprehensive health development.
Al-Sadi added: “The scientific lectures included in the conference and the participation of researchers and specialists, will contribute to improving the nursing and midwifery sector’s situation and promoting the level of health services provided by its professionals. This is in line with the Bank’s orientation and the guidance of the Board of Directors to support vital sectors, particularly the health and education sectors.”
Dr. Al-Sadi affirmed that PIB is keen to be a partner in scientific events and conferences, as part of its commitment to this role under its sustainable social responsibility program. He stressed the need for concerted efforts by all sectors to advance the Palestinian situation and achieve sustainable development.
He explained that PIB's efforts to support the health sector also include direct annual support for dozens of hospitals and health centers across the country, the most recent of which was supporting the equipping of five health centers in the Gaza Strip.
Palestine Islamic Bank’s sustainable social responsibility policy emphasizes the need for the Bank to actively contribute to serving society by building distinguished partnerships that help strengthen the process of development and construction.
